Payment Methods

We offer several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best. All payments are processed through our 100% secure platform, powered by Stripe.

– Debit and Credit Cards: aceitamos Visa, Mastercard, American Express, dentre outros.

– Google Pay and Apple Pay: pay directly using your digital wallet.

– Multibanco: a trusted payment method through the MULTIBANCO network. The payment reference code will be available at checkout and in the confirmation email we send you immediately after completing your order. To pay, simply use a valid bank card within the MULTIBANCO network, select the transaction, and enter the entity, reference, and amount.

– Bank Transfer: Make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. To help us identify your payment quickly, please use your order number as the transfer/deposit reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Please note: it is not possible to split a single order between multiple payment methods. Cash on delivery is not available. In the case of refunds for payments made via Multibanco, the amount will be credited to a bank account number provided by you.
