Black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has a strong, peppery aroma and an exquisite taste. Harvesting takes place in the city of Sarrión (Teruel, Spain), which has the largest area of planted oak trees in the entire world.
These are Ruffus's favourites! Unlike their common counterparts in the supermarket, this version is smooth and flavoursome in just the right measure. The residual truffle flavour is ideal and just makes you want more.
