Uhhmami Chicken'ish captures the delicate taste of the farmyard. Created by Michelin-starred chef Frank Lantz, it is a clean, plant-based alternative to traditional chicken stock, perfect for sauces and soups.
Add Chicken'ish to sandwich fillings for a flavour boost, or stir into woks and ramen. It also works beautifully as a seasoning for vegetables whenever you want more depth and richness.
Use 2 tablespoons (approx. 20 g) per litre/kg of prepared food. Add directly into liquids, ingredients or finished dishes.
