Terms and Conditions — Snap Out Of Meat

1. Company Identification

This website is operated by ScriptedSolutions Unipessoal LDA, hereinafter referred to as "Snap Out Of Meat", with registered office at Rua Dr. Ângelo Ferrari, 9 – 2ESQ, Leiria – Portugal. Contact: hello@snapoutofmeat.com.

2. Products

Products available in our online shop are intended for end consumers and are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify our product range, prices and terms of sale at any time.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the current statutory rate. Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your purchase.

4. Orders

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete. Snap Out Of Meat reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or incorrect information.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe); MB Way; Multibanco (via partner); Bank Transfer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to mainland Portugal and deliver in the city of Caldas da Rainha (Leiria). Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed at Shipping and Returns.

7. Cancellation Rights

Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving products, except where expressly excluded by law.

Please note that under Article 17 of this legislation, cancellation rights do not apply to perishable food items or products with short expiry dates, nor to sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery.

Therefore, products sold by SNAP OUT OF MEAT, being food items, are not covered by cancellation rights, except where products are faulty or do not match your order.

8. Warranty and Complaints

Snap Out Of Meat complies with all legal obligations regarding consumer goods warranties. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us and we will resolve the matter.

9. Complaints Procedure

In accordance with Portuguese law, we provide access to the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) via the link in our website footer.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use the Consumer Arbitration Centre.
